Standard production lead times range from 30–45 days for in-stock items with custom branding. Custom OEM products with new designs or tooling typically require 45–60 days. During peak seasons (September–November), lead times may extend by 1–2 weeks. We always provide a confirmed production schedule upon order placement and provide regular updates throughout the manufacturing process.

Absolutely. We strongly encourage sample orders before bulk purchasing — it's the only way to truly verify quality. Standard product samples are available for the cost of the item plus shipping. For custom OEM samples, there may be a nominal tooling/sampling fee depending on the complexity of the customization. Sample lead time is typically 7–15 days. Upon placing a qualified bulk order, sample costs are often deducted from the final invoice.

We accept international bank wire transfers (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders, PayPal for smaller transactions, and Western Union. Our standard payment terms are 30% advance deposit with the balance due before shipment. For established customers with a good payment history, we offer net-30 and net-60 terms. All transactions are conducted in USD, EUR, or GBP.

Yes. We offer multiple Incoterms including FOB Karachi, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most major markets including the USA, UK, EU, UAE, and Australia. DDP means we handle all freight, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties — you simply receive the goods at your door. DDP pricing varies by destination; our team provides detailed freight quotations with every order confirmation.

Diamond Apex Sports products meet or exceed international safety and quality standards. Our gloves and protective equipment are certified for AIBA (International Boxing Association) standards. Our manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. Products destined for the EU carry CE marking where required. We also comply with REACH regulations and can provide full material safety data sheets upon request.

Absolutely — we welcome factory visits and consider them an important part of building long-term business relationships. Our 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility is open to qualified buyers Monday through Saturday. We can arrange airport pickup from Allama Iqbal International Airport (Lahore) or Sialkot International Airport. Factory tours typically include a full facility walkthrough, product demonstrations, and a meeting with our senior management team. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule your visit.

All Diamond Apex Sports products carry a manufacturing defect warranty — 12 months for professional-grade gloves and equipment, 6 months for training-grade gear. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we offer replacement product or credit against future orders. We perform rigorous pre-shipment quality inspection (and offer third-party inspection services upon request) to minimize issues. Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse on custom-manufactured orders.

Once your order ships, we provide a full shipping document package including the Bill of Lading (for sea freight) or Airway Bill (for air freight), commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and tracking numbers. For sea freight, we use CargoSmart or the respective shipping line's tracking portal. For air freight and courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), you'll receive real-time tracking links. Our logistics team is available to assist with any customs or delivery queries throughout the transit period.
